Model Scope
The Integrative Fertility Care Model is not a traditional consulting or training relationship.
This model is intended for clinics that:

want a fully developed and automated integrative system, not education in integrative medicine

prefer automation and structure over customization

value clear boundaries and defined scope

are comfortable implementing a standardized model proven in clinical practice

Required Confirmations

☐ We understand that ongoing consulting or access outside the defined model is not included.
☐ We are prepared to implement an automated and complete system within existing clinic workflows.
☐ We have reviewed and agree to the scope, boundaries, and structure of the Integrative Fertility Care Model.
☐ We understand that the Integrative Fertility Care Model is delivered exclusively through a standardized system and does not include individualized consulting, advisory access, or one-on-one services.
☐ I have reviewed and agree to the terms of the Integrative Fertility Care Model – Systems Implementation & Licensing Agreement
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Complete Enrollment
Once enrollment is complete:

Your clinic will receive access to the Integrative Clinic Portal upon enrollment

Next step instructions will be available in your onboarding materials

Implementation proceeds according to the defined six-month timeline
-
Monthly support calls will be scheduled as outlined
Enrollment indicates readiness to proceed within the scope of the model.
By enrolling and submitting payment, the clinic acknowledges that it has reviewed and agrees to the Beauty Heart Baby Integrative Fertility Care Model – Systems Implementation & Licensing Agreement in effect as of the enrollment date, including all payment authorization and card-on-file requirements.
A Note on Fit
This engagement is intentionally specific. Clinics that value automation, structure, and ease tend to find this model an excellent fit.
Clinics seeking extensive customization or ongoing advisory access may prefer a different approach.
