The Integrative Clinic Onboarding Map below will guide you through everything you need to know to implement the Integrative Fertility Care Model smoothly, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to your existing workflows.

We’re delighted to partner with your clinic.

This model has been designed to be:

  • simple to implement

  • fully automated once set up

  • low-burden for your team

  • immediately revenue-generating

  • supportive of patient outcomes and satisfaction

You do not need prior integrative medicine training to use this model.

2. Complete Pharmacy Setup

 

3 Things We Need From You

To establish your clinic’s pharmacy, please provide the following information using the secure setup form:

  1. Pharmacy login credentials

    • A temporary email address and password for initial setup

    • These credentials will be changed by your clinic immediately after setup is complete

  2. Clinic branding details

    • Your clinic logo

    • Links to any social platforms you wish to associate with your pharmacy

    • The name you want displayed on your pharmacy 

    • Any discount codes you would like to offer

  3. Provider information

    • Name of the provider associated with the pharmacy

    • License number

 

Once pharmacy setup is complete:

  • Your clinic will update the password

  • Your clinic will upload banking (ACH) information directly in the pharmacy dashboard

 

Important note on privacy and compliance:
For HIPAA and privacy reasons, Beauty Heart Baby's access to your pharmacy account is limited to initial setup only. Ongoing changes, banking information, and account management are handled directly by your clinic through the pharmacy’s secure dashboard and support services.

3. Access the Clinic Library

Your clinic has access to a private Clinic Library, designed to replace the need for emails, questions and ongoing patient support requests.

This library includes:

  • clinic-specific FAQs

  • patient dissemination guidance

  • email and communication templates

  • pharmacy guidance

  • compliance language

  • implementation best practices

 

This library will continue to be updated and is the primary place to find answers as questions arise.

4. Review the Model Overview

 

Before your first monthly call, we recommend briefly reviewing the Integrative Fertility Care Model Overview to understand:

  • how the pharmacy integrates into your clinic flow

  • how patient education is delivered

  • how questions are handled without burdening your staff

  • how ongoing resources are accessed

 

This allows implementation to proceed smoothly and efficiently.

5.  Patient Dissemination- How the Model Is Used

 

 

Once your pharmacy is active, your clinic will introduce integrative materials at key times, including patient onboarding and treatment initiation.

Your patient materials:

  • provide clear, structured education

  • direct patients to the Integrative Library for questions & ongoing learning

  • minimize patient questions & non-standardized discussions

  • support informed supplement use under physician guidance

 

Patients are instructed to:

  • continue using your clinic’s pharmacy

  • access additional educational resources through the Integrative Library

  • submit general questions through structured channels

 

This ensures:

  • patients feel supported

  • staff workload is not disrupted or increased

  • clinic revenue is protected

6. Monthly Call Rhythm

During your six-month engagement, your clinic has access to scheduled monthly calls.

These calls are designed for:

  • implementation check-ins

  • operational clarification

  • model-level questions

 

They are not intended for individual patient management or consultation.

Call details and scheduling information are provided in your portal.

7. Ongoing Updates & Notices

Any updates to:

  • educational materials

  • protocols

  • pharmacy-related changes

will be posted directly within your Clinic Portal.

 

To maintain clarity and efficiency, updates are not distributed by individual email unless legally or operationally required.

8. Continued Access After Six Months

At the conclusion of your six-month engagement, your clinic may choose to continue annual access to:

  • continued licensing of Beauty Heart Baby materials

  • current materials

  • the Clinic Library & Integrative Clinic Portal

  • model refinements as released

 

This option provides continued licensing of the current version of the Integrative Fertility Care Model without ongoing consulting or support.

9. A Final Note

If implemented as outlined, most clinics are fully operational within the first few months.
